Equigrow fertile mulch is a unique product because it is based from wood shavings that contain horse manure, so it is not only great for mulching and weed suppression, but also has a rich nutrient content. Mulch is excellent for covering flower beds to help maintain moisture content in the soil and suppress the growth of weeds. Unlike straw, wood shavings take longer to rot down, giving a much denser consistency compared to the soil conditioner, making it ideal for mulching.
